Bethany's true passion is finding the root of imbalance in the body. Her goal is to educate and help her clients take control of their health, while bringing wellness to the whole body, mind and spirit.
Bethany offers personalized naturopathic health evaluations to individual clients of all ages. Her training includes use of RBTI testing, Zyto Biofeedback software, custom dietary and lifestyle recommendations, detoxification methods, herbal and homeopathic remedies, vitamins and minerals to address deficiencies and bring holistic balance.
Bethany graduated from Trinity School of Natural Health, and is a Board Certified Doctor of Naturopathy by the ANWPB.

Ready to get to the root of your health? After completing a simple intake, we will address your wellness concerns and develop a holistic, individualized plan to reach the optimal health you were always meant to enjoy.
You appointment will include a review of your health history, face, tongue and nail analysis, urine and saliva pH/RBTI testing to determine imbalances, deficiencies and points of stress. Food, lifestyle and supplement recommendations (available for purchase) will be made to achieve your optimal outcome, and a detailed report of your session will be sent following your appointment.
In addition, a Bach Flower consultation and tincture bottle is your free gift.
Urine and Saliva pH and RBTI testing

RBTI is the abbreviated term for Reams’ Biological Theory of Ionization. This theory was developed through the unique work of biochemist Dr. Carey A. Reams beginning in the 1930s. RBTI is a non-invasive analysis that explains the internal terrain and transit time of digestion, liver function and how well minerals are accepted.
The RBTI Urine/Saliva assessment makes it possible to detect the locations and the severity of most physical maladies, organ stress, and pinpoint specific nutrient deficiencies in the body.
Before your appointment: To make sure your test is accurate, do not eat 90 minutes before giving your urine and saliva samples. This includes all gum, coffee, tea, or mints/candy in your mouth.
DO NOT CHANGE your regular lifestyle routine before being tested, and continue to take any supplements and/or medications as you normally would.
ZYTO Biofeedback scan

This is truly impressive technology, and a welcome accompaniment to RBTI testing. A Zyto scanner is a hand cradle device, using galvanic skin response to perform a bio-investigation of the human body in a process known as bio-communication. In short, a Zyto scanner asked your body questions and records the responses in the form of impulses it receives.
This feedback provides you with a thorough report that you can take home, which gives you an idea of your body's specific needs and points of stress.

The link between emotional well being and physical health is well documented, and should not be ignored as a root cause of imbalance. Developed by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930s, flower essences are frequency-based remedies used to gently shift negative emotions and behaviors back to positive.

Face, Tongue, and Fingernail Analysis

The observational skills of face, tongue and nails is the cornerstone of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Lines and markings have both physical and emotional meanings. Depending on their location, they correlate with various organs of the body. This technique can indicate where weakness is being carried in the body, and where support is needed.
Facial analysis can also pinpoint mineral deficiencies in the form of cell (or tissue) salts. Soils today are so deeply depleted, and supplementing these minerals is critical to not only fade lines and wrinkles, but support deep wellness of the organs and tissues. The face merely tells the story of what is happening inside.
Red Light Therapy

A 20-minute red light therapy session is known to reduce overall inflammation and pain, improve skin conditions like eczema and acne, increase collagen production up to 80%, improve mitochondrial function, and support thyroid health. Ionic Detox Foot Bath

Truly an unique healing experience. During a 30 minute session, the ionic foot bath works by pulling toxins and heavy metals from the body through the feet. An ion is a charged atom that has lost an electron. Once it loses this electron, it creates a magnetic attraction field that is capable of neutralizing oppositely charged particles. These oppositely charged particles are really the toxins that have built up in your body over the course of your lifetime.While feet are in the water, positive and negative ions are emitted by the foot bath system, alternating to balance.
