Bethany's true passion is finding the root of imbalance in the body. Her goal is to educate and help her clients take control of their health, while bringing wellness to the whole body, mind and spirit.
Bethany offers personalized naturopathic health evaluations to individual clients of all ages. Her training includes Certification in Contact Reflex Analysis, use of RBTI urine and saliva testing, and Neuro Emotional Technique (NET).
Using these modalities, she creates specific individual protocols with vitamins, minerals, and herbal/homeopathic remedies, to address detoxification, deficiencies, and support whole-person healing.

Bethany graduated from Trinity School of Natural Health, and is a Board Certified Doctor of Naturopathy by the ANWPB.

Ready to get to the root of your health? After completing a simple intake, we will address your wellness concerns and develop a holistic, individualized plan to reach the optimal health you were always meant to enjoy.
You appointment will include a review of your health history, face, tongue and nail analysis if needed, Contact Reflex Analysis (see below), urine and saliva pH/RBTI testing to determine imbalances, deficiencies and points of stress. Food, lifestyle and supplement recommendations (available for purchase) will be made to achieve your optimal outcome, and a detailed report of your session will be sent following your appointment.

Urine and Saliva pH and RBTI testing

RBTI is the abbreviated term for Reams’ Biological Theory of Ionization. This theory was developed through the unique work of biochemist Dr. Carey A. Reams beginning in the 1930s. RBTI is a non-invasive analysis that explains the internal terrain and transit time of digestion, liver function and how well minerals are accepted.

The RBTI Urine/Saliva assessment makes it possible to detect the locations and the severity of most physical maladies, organ stress, and pinpoint specific nutrient deficiencies in the body.

Before your appointment: To make sure your test is accurate, do not eat 90 minutes before giving your urine and saliva samples. This includes all gum, coffee, tea, or mints/candy in your mouth.
DO NOT CHANGE your regular lifestyle routine before being tested, and continue to take any supplements and/or medications as you normally would.
Neuro Emotional Technique (NET)

NET is a mind-body technique to release stress, and improve many behavioral and physical conditions. The majority of imbalances in the body have a "stress" or emotional component to them.
Think of your body like a computer--it stores memories, feelings, and experiences. Sometimes the body holds onto stressful events, even if you don’t realize it. Over time, these “stuck” emotions can cause a myriad of physical symptoms like headaches, muscle tension, or digestive issues.
NET acts like a "reboot" for your body, helping to identify and release these trapped emotions so you can feel lighter, healthier, and more balanced.

Contact Reflex Analysis-CRA

Contact reflex analysis, or CRA, is a technique which analyzes the flow of energy in your body. Also known as ‘Muscle Testing’ and ‘Applied Kinesiology,’ CRA relies on the body’s innate knowledge of its balances and imbalances. CRA can reveal accurate details on everything from nutrition needs, to underlying root causes of virtually any wellness issue.
Organ Flushing

Organ flushing is a non-invasive technique that releases stuck energy and toxins from each organ. CRA frequency testing determines which organs are over burdened, and Sympathetic Resonance Technology is utilized to improve organ function and allow release of toxins and debris. Ionic Detox Foot Bath

Truly an unique healing experience. During a 30 minute session, the ionic foot bath works by pulling toxins and heavy metals from the body through the feet. An ion is a charged atom that has lost an electron. Once it loses this electron, it creates a magnetic attraction field that is capable of neutralizing oppositely charged particles. These oppositely charged particles are really the toxins that have built up in your body over the course of your lifetime.While feet are in the water, positive and negative ions are emitted by the foot bath system, alternating to balance. These ions re-energize the body and red blood cells, and eliminate toxins stored in fat, liver, bowels and skin.
